Founded in 1927 the St Ives Society Of Artists is steeped in history and former members include Barbara Hepworth, Ben Nicholson and Borlase Smart.
The Mariners' church has been the home of the society for over fifty years and is open from March to early January producing aproximately 7 different exhibitions in the main gallery alone with the Crypt rented out to visiting artists there is always something new and exciting to be discovered when visiting.
